Very relevant here in Connecticut - today the Planning & Development Committee voted to raise as a concept an act that would prevent municipalities from establishing mandatory minimum parking requirements. Keep an eye on this one to be drafted and scheduled for a public hearing.

I used to spam my friends with their memes. I found my old texts from the first time I found their account on Twitter, in January 2022. What a pointless loss.
