Then go back to your parameter menu (just clicking the 3 lines) → setting and privacy → privacy center. It should open the page we want to object. 2/2

The "I did it the hard way but it asks me to connect to Facebook and nothing works" : go to Facebook and open te parameters (the 3 lines top right and then the actual cog wheel) → account center and make sure your FB and Insta are linked (close and reopen FB just in case) 1/2

The hard way : same start, open your parameters and scroll to the same "more infos and support" → open Help → "privacy and security help" → "account priavcy" → scroll to the bottom of that page and click on "privacy", the correct page should open.

The easy way : open Insta → go to your page (bottom right) → parameters (3 lines top right) → scroll down to "more infos and support" → privacy center. It should directly open the page to object to the use of your data to train Meta AI.
