Figuring out what big, meaningful thing to do with your life is daunting! 😅

Perhaps that's not the right question... maybe it's about the next thing you want to experiment with?

Everything in life is a lot of work.

Might as well put that effort into something big and meaningful.

The first pass of a book is all about exploration—it’s meant to be fun and interesting!

I’ve started to embrace:
- No pressure to understand everything 100%
- No stress about reading every detail
- No guilt about stopping if I lose interest

Just staying curious! 📚✨

Decision-making approach I’m loving:

1. Create a vision for your life.
2. With every decision, ask: Will this bring me closer to my vision? If not, don’t do it—or change the vision.

It’s helped me clarify what I truly want and understand the trade-offs in every choice.

Someone complimented my listening skills the other day, and it was a 'wow!' moment.

Historically, I’ve been more of a talker, but I’ve been working on listening every day. Unlike the gym, it’s hard to see the 'listening gains.'

Any tips for tracking progress on soft skills?

I've been using #ObsidianMD as a personal knowledge management tool for about a year now.

I've changed the way I use the software many times—constantly adjusting as I learn more. 🧵

I get greedy with my time. Anytime something wants too much of it, I panic—like I won’t have enough left!

Working on remembering that my time is already mine. It’s not taken away unless I give it.

I can stop and think that things are hard, or I can just do them.

Travel tasks I’d happily outsource:
- planning itineraries
- researching restaurants
- all the logistics (flights, buses, taxis, transfers)

But the parts I still love?
- wandering new cities
- sunsets
- eating!
- meeting new people

It's all about the experiences 😎

Travel taught me the hard way: always back up your data in at least 3 places!

After frying my hard drive, I now use 2 cloud services (still need to replace that hard drive though 😅).

How do you handle your data backups?

Underrated travel hack:

Prioritize the basics--water, food, and sleep.

Your trip will be way more enjoyable.

Actually, just apply this to life in general. 😄
