I think this is so. Sometimes a dream can feel so far-removed from what seems possible that the idea of striving for it feels pointless. At that point, I think it helps to build resolve or revisit and re-examine the initial hope and start to dream anew.

Maybe the art of shaping hope. I think hope is a raw energized desire, dreaming is how we give it form, and striving is how we make that form physical.

I wonder if the wording “Israeli hostages” is purposefully ambiguous because I feel like it can be read as hostages who are Israeli OR hostages held by the Israeli government so that no matter which side of the conflict you’re on, it gets you mad.
