➡️ Banning stock trading
➡️ Refusing corporate PAC money
➡️ Cracking down on dark money
December 5, 2025 at 2:39 PM
Republicans like Mike Johnson don't care about banning congressional stock trading because they see their seat in the House as something to be exploited for personal gain, not a platform to fight for their constituents.

“People feel like working families are not at the center of the work that’s happening in Washington.”

#NoCorporatePAC and Unrig Washington member Lt. Governor @julianastratton.bsky.social gets it. That’s why we endorsed her for #ILSEN.
December 3, 2025 at 7:04 PM

Trump's inaugural committee raised nearly $18 million from the crypto industry.

Then his corrupt administration dropped a number of federal enforcement actions his crypto donors were facing and even included two of his donors' currencies in the federal crypto-strategic reserve.
November 25, 2025 at 8:12 PM
Donald Trump, the most corrupt president this country has ever seen, has shamelessly used the power of the presidency to rake in BILLIONS from crypto schemes.

Just take a look at his net worth as of this year:

After campaigning on banning congressional stock trading, one of Congress' top stock traders, Rob Bresnahan, sold up to $130,000 in stocks from four Medicaid providers before voting for huge cuts to the program. #PA08

We think @jayapal.house.gov is right.

On top of fighting to make life more affordable, when Democrats are back in power, fixing the Voting Rights Act, enacting campaign finance reforms, and dealing with the bought-and-paid-for Supreme Court must be a priority.
November 24, 2025 at 8:58 PM
As if death threats weren't enough, Trump is turning his corrupt administration on @captmarkkelly.bsky.social.

The president needs to be reminded that the constitution comes before his wishes and that Senator Kelly is a patriot whose brave reminder to our military should be commended.
November 24, 2025 at 8:28 PM
We're proud to support #NoCorporatePAC candidate @aftynbehn.bsky.social.

She's running for Congress to fight for the working families in #TN07 and get dark money out of politics, not function as a mouthpiece for billionaires and corporate special interests.
November 24, 2025 at 7:40 PM
Between 2000 and 2010, the richest 100 Americans spent an average $21 million in federal elections.

In 2010, our campaign finance system took a turn for the worse after SCOTUS ruled in favor of corporations and billionaires with the disastrous Citizens United decision.

“This is what corruption looks like. They’re stealing money from the American people’s pockets and depositing it into their bank accounts.” - Representative Jasmine Crockett

Since the disastrous Citizens United ruling in 2010, billionaires have increasingly had more political influence.

And their corrupting influence comes at a cost to working Americans through higher prices, weaker protections, and a government that answers to the wealthy.
November 21, 2025 at 6:00 PM
@aftynbehn.bsky.social isn't worried about doing favors for Big Money donors because she fights for her constituents.

She has always put the needs of working families before all else and is focused on making people's lives better. #TN07

It's a service to the nation when elected officials remind our country that members of the military take an oath to the Constitution.

The real threat comes from the president suggesting public servants deserve to die for urging service members to reject illegal orders.
November 20, 2025 at 8:17 PM
This is a prime example of how congressional stock trading is corrupt and why it needs to be banned.

Members of Congress, like Rob Bresnahan, shouldn't be corruptly selling out the American people and voting for cuts to healthcare to buff up their stock portfolios.
