Yes. Wonderful idea! There is no hero on the way. Only us. Most people are wary helping “strangers”. They want someone else to step up. There are lots of orgs to help lobby but very few helping real people directly. The vibe here is a fear of being shot in the street when the state takes over.

I feel the same way. I turned 50 and it’s like I immediately lost all ability to tolerate any of this. I am selling everything and buying property to create a creative collective of that is an inclusive safe space for everyone I know (and ones I have not met yet). I hope to be on it by end of 2025.

That’s funny - peacock totally fed me up that movie tonight too and I let it play in the background while making art - and you’re right. The CGI doesn’t hold up very well
