I concur, there were only a few fired at my facility out of the 1,000 VA wide, none of these employees were clinical because those positions are currently exempt. Emphasis on 1,000 VA wide.

Agree, we have to keep asking for those who are aren’t able to, especially when the processes aren’t what we are used to. Doesn’t help these people are coming into our agencies who don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Have expressed my appreciation before and will again for providing what info you can, especially as a fellow VA employee who wishes I could speak out more but can’t due to obvious reasons.
