One thing that's at the core of my understanding of humans and human societies is how maleable we are. We have survived in part as a species because of this. As a species, we adapt well, but this instinct has been utilized by those in power to control us for centuries. Cultural hegemony. Look it up

There was always something that led me to respect Mike Tyson, and I think underneath it all it's his understanding of oppression. Has been on the right side of a lot of things, and his lived experience and message these days is one to be lauded. #Palestine #tysonvspaul
