If you have a problem with me, TELL ME. If I've done something inappropriate or wrong, TELL ME. At least give me a fucking chance to make things right or at least apologize.

What does empathy look like here? Cutting people out, blackballing them from spaces, spreading shit about them, is not empathy.

I always want to take accountability and learn. I want to grow, but people are determined to make decisions about me without any conversation, and it's ridiculous.

What if the person isn't aware of what they've done to receive criticism, not even from the source, but from people the source has talked to about said person?

What if you are making assumptions about a person's character and motivations when you have no clue who they are?
