Another boy asks Zelenskyy if he has time to exercise. The president talks about why he values physical training. First, because it gives energy. Secondly, because it helps a person find focus and calm, and it prepares them to keep it together in difficult situations.

One boy data that he's struggling to encourage friends he still communicates with who are living under occupation, and asks how to find the words every day to encourage people. The president says he just shares with the people what he himself lives through every day and tries to find the positive.
