My theory was wrong, but it's interesting that he had to check for himself if he was human. At least I wasn't mistaken that it was suspicious for them to bring him there to do the Turing test.

inb4: Yes, you are suppose to be able to do the same with configuration management. I used Ansible for my Arch Linux installs. Nix is better more elegant.

Moreover, the sacrosanct competition aggravates this situation. Instead of a few production models and some research models, there are hundreds of competing companies wasting energy by training useless models on the same datasets.

Some scientists have hypothesized that empathy is a byproduct of mammal need to breast-feed their offspring.We already know that fascists are not humans, but according to this hypothesis, there is an additional argument that they are not even on the level of mammals.

For the home-server, the running cost (~20W idle). Someone advice me on Mastodon about some Dell SFF that only consume ~15W. Sadly, I wasn't able to find a good offer (price + delivery). For the home-lab, I am not sure yet, I am thinking using WoL to ignore consumption.
