Blue and black bin collection changes are coming January 1. The City of Ottawa will no longer be responsible for collecting your blue and black bin. Instead, Circular Materials will manage the new recycling system on behalf of the producers of paper and packaging.

The Province of Ontario is ending the use of automated speed enforcement cameras.
The change will take effect November 14.
Any infractions incurred prior to the repeal will still be processed and vehicle owners will be required to pay the fine.
