I have to massage the spot deliberately for like two days after and it's the only thing that makes the tightness/pain go away.

I'm on Primoteston so I do it every three weeks & some nurses just have a better hand than others. Some times: no issues, no pain beyond the pinch! Other times: why does it feel like I've got a bruised butt muscle for a week. I definitely have two favourite nurses and the rest are on the shitlist.
