No one should be discriminated against based on their sex. It’s long past time for women’s equal rights to be recognized in our Constitution.

🏆President Joe Biden has formally recognized the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.”

Republicans will fight it.
