Other suggestions- bins you don't use much, stacked on or near books, behind large plants, inside a large pan or oven dish which is inside a cupboard itself

Do you have kitchen cabinets with base boards at the bottom that can be removed? Sometimes there's actually a gap between the board and the cupboard where little hands can shove things into a gap and they land on the floor behind the board/under the cupboard.
