It's almost depressingly easy to fall into feeling this way in publishing. It's so heartwrenching to put a piece of your soul out there and have it rejected.
Just remember, you started writing because you love it!

Comp titles are so hard. However, no one will ask you if you've read the titles you're listing 🫣
They just want to know where your title would fit on the shelf. ie: what book it would sit next to. Not necessarily what book it is the most like. Hope that helps!

I'm not an agent, but have learned that the only time they want to know POV if it's dual.
I may be wrong, but that's what some agents I follow have said. Best of luck!

So sorry! Those rejections really sting, and it's easy to get discouraged. But you've done amazing things! You've written entire books, and that's something to be proud of!
