Black History Book Recs - Day 8: I'm going to do fiction on weekends & obvious 1st pick is Octavia Butler's Parable Of the Sower (and Talents). It's 1 of a few books that I've read multiple times. It's deeply insightful and great storytelling. Now more than ever you should read it if you haven't.

Reminder to ditch Amazon (Audible & Goodreads) if you can w/ alternatives like library/Libby, independent/secondhand booksellers, Tertulia (online book co-op), Libro for audiobooks & Storygraph for tracking which gives you wrap-up w/ stats & collage. I had lovely year of re-reads & new discoveries.
