It's like the great stories, Mr. Frodo, the ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were, and sometimes you didn't want to know the end because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad has happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing this shadow, even darkness must pass. A new day will come, and when the sun shines, it'll shine out the clearer. I know now folks in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going because they were holding on to something. That there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for.

Found this special little boy last night. Took me 9723 encounters (why do I do this to myself??)
A picture of my Nintendo DS screen showing the pokemon Cyndaquil. Cyndaquil is a hedgehog with quills made of fire. It has a beige-yellow underbelly, with small simplistic cutesy arms and hind legs with a single nail. It's mouth is rarely visible and its eyes appear closed. It typically has blue fur on its head and back which give way to the fire quills, but this is a rare shiny variant of the pokemon, and it's blue has been changed for a brownish-red colour. Another picture showing my shiny Cyndaquil. This one showing that it's name is Oregano. And its summary page which reads: Quirky nature. Nov. 28, 2024 New Bark Town Met at Lv. 5 Very finicky. An overworld pixel art sprite of Cyndaquil following my player character. Even on the overworld sprite in this game the difference in colour to a regular Cyndaquil is clearly visible.

A picture of my cat Milo looking very silly. He is a tuxedo cat who is black all over with white on his paws and belly. He is on a cardboard box looking up, with his eyes dilated to their maximum, and his mouth slightly open, making a lot of his teeth visible. This makes his fangs extremely obvious and it's very cute. Another picture of my cat Milo. This time it is a close-up and he looks shocked and has just one of his fangs visible. His eyes are still incredibly dilated and motion blur has caused the image to get an added layer of humour. I imagine in his head he is saying something like "OH CRUMBS!!" Idk why but it gives me the vibes of the confused Mr. Krabs meme

My hamster, JoJo, passed today. He was 2 and a half years old.

Wish I had more pictures of him but he was hard to photograph because he was always running about excitedly. Very sad to see him go :(
