the wiring for every ceiling light we've replaced in this house has been different, which causes us some hesitation before we commit to installing a new one (so much swearing. so much)

One sleeve done! Also finished the body, decided it was too short, ripped out the ribbing, added another inch+, then finished it again.
The final sleeve will be the biggest challenge simply bc my attention is straying hard to other WIPs and new projects.
