It’s not actually fun. Not sure why I didn’t think to try ice before they recommended it at my visit. Cheeks are numb but tailbone is no longer throbbing. 😂

Nothing broken so that’s good I think. Have to sit on a doughnut pillow, ice and heat my bum, so that’s fun?!
