sorry, you’re right; i conflated the red 3 ban with the upcoming California bans of other colors. however, the fact that CA has banned them means that, effectively, they will be banned in the whole country. it’s too complicated for companies to manage 2 versions of products & CA is too big to ignore

weird that he’s calling out Hershey specifically when it’s a national ban with a 2027 deadline…
