A random one: get the OXO perfect pull wipe dispenser. It’s like $20 and there’s nothing more infuriating than when you’re changing a poopy diaper and go to grab a wet wipe and you end up pulling out a banner of 50 wipes with the only hand you have free to do so.

Had my second baby recently and YES. We ran bottle and pump parts constantly through our dishwasher the first time and while we managed fine, they took up so much space and there are so. many. parts. that having a second, dedicated bottle washer has been a godsend this time around.
