The “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” was passed by the House of Representatives on May 22. According to the Associated Press, it includes public land sale authorizations and the lease of public lands for “drilling, mining, and logging”.

I think a lot about what Carl Sagan said in one of his final interviews.
