Bread prepped for the turkey stuffing. This loaf is a minor miracle since the Challenger Bread Oven slipped out of my hands as I was getting it into the oven with the loaf. Oven and loaf all survived.

This month's cookbook book club was the incredible Bravetart by the even more incredible Stella Parks. Yes we did an entire meal of desserts (I may die of fat and egg consumption) Included are Red (wine) Velvet Cake, Brown Butter Carrot Cake, Key Lime Pie, and Twinkie Torte. 🍽️

This month's cookbook book club was the incredible Bravetart by the even more incredible Stella Parks. Yes we did an entire meal of desserts (I may die of fat and egg consumption) Included are Red (wine) Velvet Cake, Brown Butter Carrot Cake, Key Lime Pie, and Twinkie Torte. 🍽️
This month's Cookbook Book Club was unanimously considered a success. We chose The Cook You Want to Be by Andy Baraghani. Dishes: Veg Wedge, Glossy BBQ Eggplant w/ Peanut Salad, Crisped Potatoes w/Romesco, Ricotta Dumplings, and Apple & Tahini Galette. The bonus bread a mutli grain sourdough. 🍽️

Last night’s dinner adventure. Homemade take on All’Antico Vinaio’s La Paradiso, with my home made Stracciatella, procured mortadella and burrata, and a homemade pistachio cream. To say this was transcendental is an understatement. 🍽️#brendabakesathome
