For anyone curious on how to make these for your Roblox game:

1. Have a part above and below the main platform
2. When part below is touched, turn off the platform collision.
3. When part above is touched, turn on the collision.

Who says you have to have fancy shaders for effects in Roblox?

This is a locked area effect we needed to cover entire islands in TDK. It consists of 3 rotating sphere meshes, and one static sphere with transparency.
