I was worried you’d think I was crazy.. or think I was using you to feel better.

I’ll admit, I do have a soft spot for you because of knowing my clover so long.. and it’s comforting to have you around because of the familiar presence..+

^she placed her forehead on theirs, looking into their eyes with a deep gaze..^

^..in a rare sense of action, she squeezed their hand back— her face getting closer to theirs.^

“..I did lose my clover, but.. I don’t see you as a replacement really..+

^she sadly smiled once saying that..

..upon hearing their next sentence though— her eyes slightly widened , part of her flustered.. her heart melting into a puddle from hearing this.. feeling a sense of thankfulness for the offer.. but the other..^+

Soon enough, a few tears fell down next to the drawing she worried about in question.^

“..t-the dress part is.. from a show. But..

As she listened to their question, she stammered- unable to answer, her mouth froze open..

However, with their calm hand reaching to hers— Freya went through a few emotions..
First, she started calming down.
Then the memories of her clover came in..

..of course they wouldn’t react badly, but..+

..Freya looked at them as if they’d been caught, but just quietly spoke^

“….nothing important.”

There was a puddle that showed their reflections— the cowboy’s being done in yellow with a sad smile — and Freya’s ..

A dark shadowy scribble over a light pink, her reflection seeming much more sad and pained.

At the top next to the cowboy, was the word: “the sun” and next to freya; “the moon”. +

cowboy hat. In this drawing, they were in a dress with four leaf clover accents; one looked like a concept drawing that had obviously been perfected— giving the ammount of eraser marks around it.

And one.. was that cowboy holding hands with a Freya-looking figure.+

Mumbling something just loud enough they could hear it^

“…your the one saying that.. your smile is so...”

^..she cut off.
for a moment, she kind of forgot this wasn’t the clover she knew longer..

..somehow though, it didn’t feel like it mattered right now.^

“Oh, also um..
please.. call me Freya..”

^raising her head, she tried to show a smile^

“I-im not used to praise.. is all..-

Not that I..! Don’t like it!- just.. “
^her narrowing eyes seemed to glisten a bit^

“..it’s really new, but.. nice. hearing it from someone as charming as you.”

^..that was too subtle to work, but you go girl!^+
