We’re off! Said bye bye to mum and dad after a lovely summer holiday at home for three months and took the train from Chippenham to Bristol and then up to Manchester Airport. Staying at an airport hotel tonight. Flight to Toronto tomorrow - Griff’s first transatlantic flight!

Roof plan now completed. Making fast progress now. Will have all the electrical and plumbing plans done in the next two weeks. Ready for my arrival in Nicaragua on Sept. 30th!

We closed on the lot on Pueblo Chiquito last week. First draft of the house plan is completed and the Logo is done! Groundwork set for Emoyeni - a simply exceptional boutique guesthouse in Granada, Nicaragua! Scheduled to open in Jan 2007!
