I think today was the hardest day, having to fully say goodbye to my dad, cremation done. Now to try and figure out what to do, kinda lost on that right now.

It's only been a day since my dad passed away and I just don't know what to do, i'm emotionally exhausted and all i wanna do is sleep but i can't
