I’m fortunate I even have the option of getting on a plan through my wife’s job. Otherwise I would probably be uninsured or dangerously underinsured in 2026. That said I don’t even know how I’m going to bear the cost increases regardless.

I can’t even see what the new premiums for the marketplace are yet, but I was previously getting a subsidy of $1400/mo so I could pay “only” $393/mo for me and my wife’s plan (yes it’s really that much!) and I know I’m going to be sick when I can finally check to see the damage on the 15th.
