I’m sorry I have to vent.. my neck joints hurt so bad since my last yoga sesh, my sacroiliac joint subluxed so that’s agony when I move, I had a random stabbing pain in my ribs for like 2 hours, and all of the accumulated pain has set off a POTS flare 😃 can my body stop taking me hostage!
