At the end I do see her as wanting to push back against Viktor's idealism but knowing that would cost her Jayce. So she never did. She could only glance at Viktor expecting Jayce to make a choice between the two and prepared to follow in line afterwards for love.

There are many other layers to this, but I know if she had a romantic relationship with Vik her reaction would've been different. At the end, Jayce choose Vik and she respected and backed his wishes over her family, knowing Jayce love for Viktor would be unmatched.
