As a horse owner and animal lover, and as a (mostly) pacifist person, I am just so disturbed by these acts of brutality from the Los Angeles Police Department, Highway Patrol and Sheriff Department Mounted Patrols.

It's plain and simple. The LAPD is brutalizing innocent people. And they the mounted patrol is using 1200lb innocent animals to further brutalize innocent people. I've seen a distur of number of videos like this over the past week. These horses are heavily in distress.

This isn't the first female military person to disappear. Is this going to become a thing like indigenous women in the US?
