My family nearly lost everything back when my mother was diagnosed with cancer prior to the ACA being passed and these companies had even more of a free pass to be ruthless with our lives and that’s where my disillusionment with American capitalism really even began.

If you’re not in the US or if you’re simply privileged enough to have not yet been faced with this and are at a loss over the sheer outpouring of animosity being expressed towards insurance CEOs right now then you have no idea how just how dire the situation has become for millions of Americans.
