Robert Redford was one of my all-time faves, and it's hard to believe he's gone. He was a one-of-a-kind who changed the industry forever (and for the better) via Sundance, truly made an impact on protecting the environment (and more), and left us with a host of fantastic films to remember him by.

As @filmfest.bsky.social said, my list changes every 2 mins. But as of June 24 at 9:30pm, here's my Top 10 for NYT’s Best Movies of the 21st Century. I discounted anything that was part of a franchise so my head wouldn't explode. I'd say 4-5 of these never change - but the rest? Daily.

Love the resistance of @tcmtv.bsky.social's film programming yesterday & today. Learning from the darkest moments in recent history, so we don't repeat, and highlighting the people who stood up for what was right. Movies like Jane Pittman, Boycott, The Mortal Storm, Edge of Darkness. Bravo, #TCM.
