Working on adding XLIFF format support on Polygot (for Angular projects): I hate it

I just added the glossaries feature to Polygot ✨

It took me longer than expected, but I'm very happy to have added this much-needed feature, allowing users to use terms specific to their application and market, in order to generate high-quality, consistent translations 🌍🚀

Had fun building this little animation on Polygot's landing page. Not the most sophisticated one, but I like it 🙂

4- Use the power of localization

Yes, the English-speaking market is huge. But to stand out from the crowd, translating your site into multiple languages is a must-have.
We developers all speak English. That's not the case for 82% of the world's population.
Better UX + less competition = 🚀

3- Build a product people love

Kind of obvious. But building tools people love make them come back. Collect feedback, understand your users needs, improve.
This creates an aura around your product: people recommend it, people start searching for your app on Google rather than using keywords.

1- Work on SEO

SEO is a long-term game. It can be frustrating because you don't see results right away, but in a year or two, you'll be glad you worked on it.
Work on your titles and meta descriptions, structure your HTML correctly, improve your site's performance, create content that Google likes.

It's almost the end of the year. It's time for a little summary of my apps' performance over the past 12 months. #buildinpublic

==> VisualPDF will hit 17M+ impressions on Google 😱 (+200%)

How I did that in a very competitive niche, without even focusing on this app, 0 dollars spent on ads 👇🧵

The Thunder Client extension for VS Code (HTTP request builder) is now unavailable for WSL (unless I pay for it) 😐

Do you guys have a nice alternative?
