It’s sad what our healthcare providers go through- and it’s not looking like it’ll get much better anytime soon. I hope she’s been able to find something as fulfilling that provides some balance!

It’s tough! My job revolved around improving workplace culture in healthcare which felt like pushing a boulder uphill. By the time I got home my bandwidth to take on more emotions was totally gone so I turned to mindless TV. Losing the job was hard but I do feel more like myself
