I tried making beef stew, but the meat to vegetable ratio is 1:3 and counting.

What do you think is the cause, @tco-anthology.bsky.social ? A replicator that prefers printing veg? A meat stealing sprite?

The callaloo and chicken were yummy, but I really should have gotten a larger plate, or better yet, a bowl.

On a kitchen counter is a plate barely visible under the food. Pureed greens surround 3/4 of the plate in a thick border. The remaining space holds poached chicken and broth.

Today's feast is roast lamb with garlic and rosemary. The original recipe comes from A Taste of Heritage. Not only was this yummy, it provided leftovers for days.

Behold, the corniest cornbread gets without dad jokes. This recipe forgoes wheat flour in favor of letting the cornmeal soak in the batter.

This is by far my most often used recipe from the Black Girl Baking cookbook.

It's infinitely customizable, from decadent chocolate on chocolate mix ins, to oat and nut heavy versions for the health conscious.

This is why I have very few photos of my Samus as a baby. I deleted most of the blurry ones.
