I’m an expert on stress, stress hormones and sleep: What affects them and how they affect our moods, our thinking, and our mental and physical health. I conduct interventions with youth to help boost the positive and reduce the negative effects of stress.
These are stressful times in the U.S. and around the world. As a stress scientist, I hope to help people better understand the effects of stress and stress hormones (both positive and negative), and how to help regulate stress. I’ll share tips gleaned from stress science including my own research.
