I posted these exact words on Facebook, this day, a year ago. Ten days later I received a new mitral valve, after mine was destroyed by a bacterial infection. I'm still not dead. Best wishes to you.

Day 24. I'm taking miracle medication, Varenicline ( used to be called Champix ).I stopped for several years using it, but got silly during the pandemic and started again. This time I'm staying stopped. I hope you succeed.
