He’s finally got her up onstage in a tiny little jazz bar in Kansas. His heart almost burst out of his chest with pride as the audience were wrapped up in her beautiful voice. She dipped her head and blushed when she caught his eye as he mouthed along with every word #tedbecca #tedlasso

Getting to see Ted as a Dad from the beginning this time filled Rebecca’s heart with love until she thought it would burst. Getting to watch their miracle enjoy everything for the first time, today the ocean, was like a pin hovering close by causing her to gasp, clutch her chest and take a breath

55mins till midnight and they’re both tipsy and grinning madly at each other. Rebecca’s in his lap and the ring’s in the pocket of his jacket. Once the team and all their guests have gone home, Ted’s determined to start this year right and ask her to stay with him for all the years to come #tedbecca

It’s still new, this thing between them, and Rebecca is in that permanently giddy, always wanting him stage. She’s well aware of the noise of the team celebrating around them in the pub, but can’t resist kicking off her shoes and teasing Ted, giggling at his wide eyed expression.

Ted was relieved he’d insisted on escorting Rebecca home from the gala, not realising quite how tipsy she was until she was flopping herself down on her sofa and flinging her shoes across the room. Heading to the kitchen for some water, he felt her fingers tugging on his own.
