Yeah. It only means your user names matches your website URL. So, like, CNN.com can be simply @cnn.com here rather than that big long @ cnn.bsky.social link.

Super easy. Just buy a domain name (GoDaddy, Wix, Google, etc) and then it takes less than 5 minutes.
