2/3 I’m honored to spend the week in Oslo, Norway for the Nobel Peace Conference, which is recognizing 2024 Laureate Nihon Hidankyo, a hibakusha movement from Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This recognition cements that the nuclear threat of today demands action.

I had the honor to participate on a panel at the Nobel Laureate Assembly for the Prevention of Nuclear War in Chicago, IL yesterday alongside @wjhenn.bsky.social and Nobel Laureate Jody Williams. Yesterday was the 80th anniversary of the Trinity Test—the first detonation of a nuclear weapon.
