Before anyone says "caffeine is bad for you" or "soda will ruin my insides", these have helped better than a lot of medications. That being said, I am open to other ideas. This is just what has helped me the most, recently.

1. Coffee helps with my chronic migraine
2. Electrolyte water is for hydration (obvi)
3. Soda and/or seltzer is to help with my stomach issues and nausea.

I've been dealing with a migraine for over two weeks now.
But I got a new cup that matches the vibes of my mug, so I had to share them.
The two things that help me the most are coffee and electrolyte water. So I'm often seen with two or more cups with me. Another is some kind of soda or seltzer.
