Today, I voted for the first time as a (naturalized) US citizen. It was not about the actual vote itself, but about being able to vote, to have a voice, a seat at the table, as my daughter, @emkorin.bsky.social, has told me innumerable times. Our rights exist insomuch as we exercise them. #vote
