Well I am occasionally overwhelmed with messages, and despite my best efforts sometimes I suck at replying… but poke me again if you feel I am not being responsive. If that’s the question. Because ADHD overwhelm and object permanence is a struggle.

I had to read this one a few times- because damn. I mean on one hand “am I intimidating?” But on the other I am coming to learn that your peace isn’t optional and the consequences for letting it burn are grim. Whoever wrote this I would be happy to talk it out with.

Meanwhile, sipping coffee, I am realizing the stress from staying far outweighed the stress of walking away. While I can say I loved my work a will miss the folks I left behind … I am a much muchier me.
