Never actually seen it. Seen some "redacted" versions, from people protesting about it.

There was a really interesting radio programme about the lack of regulation in the funeral industry (might have been File on 4?) after the sad business around that funeral director in Hull last year. Frighteningly lax.

Can't offer any advice; just solidarity. I mostly just feel guilty about it, but in the knowledge that everyone I work with is in the exact same boat (so if someone is judging me for not answering every call, it's not anyone important to me).
