Okay, but besides cutting military aid, or conditioning it, or stifling action against Israel at the UN, or the ICC, or the EU, or recognizing Palestinian statehood, or stopping direct military assistance in the Gulf, or enforcing our own laws—what could the US ACTUALLY do?
