4⭐️ Beautifully written, the story was a little slow for me in the beginning but picked up halfway through. This was historical fiction that didn’t feel like it was historical fiction with a lovely ending. 💙📚 Go As A River

4⭐️ The Woman in the Purple Skirt is being stalked by the Woman in the Yellow Cardigan making you feel like you are stalking by proxy. Obsessive and creepy, I flew through this short book and loved it. 💙📚 The Woman in the Purple Skirt #booksky

5 ⭐️ I love this book. The characters are awful, people you love to hate, completely unrelatable yet relatable and I couldn’t put this down because I wanted to know what was going to happen next. If you’re a pearl clutcher, this book is not for you as it’s graphic in parts. 📚💙 Long Island Compromise

⭐️⭐️ I loved The Midnight Library so had high expectations for this book. Unfortunately I felt like I was never really into it and often felt like things were just going too far to keep me engaged. 💙📚 The Life Impossible #booksky #bookreview

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This one started slow for me and then I couldn’t put it down. I’d classify it as literary mystery, one that regularly had me saying, “I know what happened,” only to prove that I am a hopeless detective a few pages later. 📚💙 The God of the Woods #booksky

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve seen some critical reviews of this book but I really enjoyed it. It’s one part social science and one part memoir, it wasn’t dry and I sped through it. Thoughtful commentary on how we consume news today and why misinformation can be spread so quickly 📚 The Age of Magical Overthinking
