Majority of my posture came from years of riding horses ❤️

And then Dance came into my life and my posture just enhanced

I feel my whole life.
I have always had my shoulders back and down and engaged for life❤️

You fall in love - your muse
That feeling of delight

Then you smother it.
With things and expectations.

Now you have anxiety
But underneath there is a pulse

Asking you to listen to it differently.

The muse you fell in love with needs the other ear who’s music no one will understand

The world is better when you wear palliates!
