Yes I look like I’m in zombie mode but it’s just this adhd paralysis!! No joke at least 5 million things to do in my head and I’m just here doing none of them staring at the wall 😂 #iykyk #adhd #adhdparalysis #mentalhealth #neurodiversity #neurodivergent

Round 2 of telling me you have adhd without telling me you have adhd: me first: finished about 9 loads of laundry but didn’t have it in me to close the door or put the basket away once I was done. #adhd #adhdmemes #bipolar #mentalhealth #neurodivergent #neurodiversity

Why I’m loving the app Headway: It breaks down big ideas from bestselling nonfiction books into bite-sized summaries you can easily digest. 🤯 You can choose the length of time you want to devote to each book, and you can choose to listen to or read the content so it’s super focus-friendly!✨

Highly recommend this read. Dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward, plays a central role in addiction. When we experience something pleasurable, dopamine is released, reinforcing the behavior that led to it.

Understanding the roots of mental illness stigma is crucial in addressing and reducing its impact. By promoting awareness, education and empathy we can work toward a society that supports mental health with the same urgency as physical health. #bipolar #bipolarawareness #mentalillness #mentalhealth

Tell me you have adhd without telling me you have adhd… I’ll go first. Got sidetracked before I could finish my lashes. It’s been 5 hours like this so far and no signs of finishing … #adhd #bipolar #neurodiversity

Living peacefully means living authentically. Sharing here about my journey with bipolar and daily life so that others living with mental illness can hopefully feel a little more confident and comfortable doing so as well. We all deserve to live AUTHENTICALLY. No more shame. ❤️🙌🎉🙏. #bipolar
